Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason, including delays in shipping, backorders, or once received. However, if there is an error on our part, we will refund or cancel the order.
Missing, Incorrect, or Broken Items
If you receive a broken item/tea with a broken seal, an incorrect item, or a missing item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at savingourserenity@gmail.com to resolve the issue. Follow these steps:
Provide an image of the incorrect or broken item. If an item is missing, provide an image of all the items you received.
Provide a clear image of the packing slip.
Attach both images to the email.
Place your order number in the subject line.
If an item is missing, specify which item is missing in the body of the email.
Please allow 42-72 hours for a reply (excluding weekends).
